1. An Expanding Mind
It's odd that after making the comment on hearing the other side of various issues, and using the highly controversial abortion issue as an example, I ran across this opinion piece in the online version of our local paper: http://www.denverpost.com/recommended/ci_12454493
Even more interesting to me was the non-expanding mind in the comment made by "Kay W" at 12:33 AM on Thursday May 28, where she vehemently declares that she is not pro-death after opening with the line, "The argument is pro-choice vs. anti-choice and pro-abortion vs. anti-abortion." She clearly sees the rhetoric in the opposing side, but fails to see it in her own.
