A few weeks back we planned to air our initial interview with Crystal Murphy the week after our Expanding Your Mind (Part 1) episode. Unfortunately, the audio files were somehow deleted and we frantically put together the discombobulated You Are What You Eat episode.

Well, Crystal was kind enough to record with us again, but somehow, Joe took the discombobulating from episode 4 with him into the interview. So, things are a bit odd at his end, but Crystal does a fantastic job of making Joe's randomness sound coherent. Thanks Crystal!
