Ingredients:
- 8 apples
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions:
- Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
- Core and slice the apples, making sure that the slices are about the same size. (You can peel the apples if you'd like, but I like the peelings.)
- Mix ingredients thoroughly.
- Pour into a greased pie plate or casserole dish.
- Bake 40-50 minutes or until apples are tender.
- If you want a little more contrast in taste and temperature, top with a scoop of vanilla soy-cream. Delicious!
