Home-Made Bread
Ingredients:
1 pkg Pamela's Gluten-Free Bread Mix (www.pamelasproducts.com)
Directions:
From the back of the package, for bread makers:
In a 2 cup liquid measuring cup, measure 1/4 cup oil, crack in 2 eggs, then fill with warm water up to 2 cups liquid, plus add 2 TBSP additional water (unless you're High Altitude).
Pour all liquids into bread maker, add bread mix and yeast (included in bread mix).
Start machine and scrape down sides and corners of pan while dough is mixing.
After baking, remove from pan and let cool before slicing.
Tip: On your bread machine, just select Basic White Bread, 2 lb loaf and don't use the gluten-free setting. If you don't have a bread maker, there are directions for oven baking as well.
