Spicy Italian Beef
Ingredients:
1 2-3lb beef roast (rump works best)
1 bottle of any gluten-free beer (or other beer)
1 12 oz jar of banana peppers/pepperoncinis (juice and all)
1 pkg Good Seasons Italian Dressing mix (the dry mix)
Dinner rolls or other bread (Pamela's Gluten Free Bread Mix makes a great bread)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a crock pot and set on low for 10-12 hours.
Shred beef and mix it all together
Top your bread and enjoy!
Tip: If you're sensitive to corn, you can skip the Good Seasons and it will still taste great. The dressing mix just gives it a little extra kick. You can also add more banana peppers for a little extra spice as well.
