Spicy Italian Shrimp

Ingredients:

    1 package Pasta Joy Spaghetti
    12 ounces uncooked shrimp
    1 medium onion
    1 14 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes (optional)
    1/2 cup dry white wine
    1 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
    1 tsp dry crushed red pepper (to taste)
    fresh baby spinach
    olive oil

Directions:

    Cook spaghetti according to package directions, set aside.
    Saute shrimp and onions in olive oil in a large, non-stick skillet on medium until pink.
    Add spinach and continue to saute until spinach is limp.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Take the spaghetti and add to the mixture and make sure everything is mixed well.
    Enjoy!
    I've never cooked this with the tomatoes because I can't eat them, but depending on if you add them or not, you may need to add a little olive oil to coat the noodles.
